Medicines may be good to cure a disease if it is

unmanageable naturally. But medicines and health

supplements can never promote real good health. Many

such supplements can be cause of new diseases when

they are consumed unnecessarily although strictly they

might not be required. The more you go away from

nature, the more you are going to suffer ill health.

That is why our 'shastras' (books of traditional

knowledge} have even advised against indulging in too

much of anything including sex. Too much sex would

give you a false sense of happiness and achievement

but that is bad for the health of both the men and the

women. So never over-indulge in any thing.

Sex is a very depleting act.

It should not be done in excess for sure.

In the hindu lunar caleendar there are certain days that are supposed to be left

without having sex.

It should be a spiritual act.

It is sure that it depeltes ojas.

Atharva - sexual fluid is the last fluid to be made after all other dattus are

made.

It is so refined and sacred and is the source for our ojas.

The science of yoga has a lot to do with saving this sacred fluid and

transforming it into spiritual energy.

Jessika has raised a valid point. With due respect to Acharyaji, I

have been reading in many news papers in which sexologists write

that you can have sex as many times as you can perform. They also

openly say that there is no harm in masturbation. Are we going to

start another topic like honey+hot water + Lemon?
