These are all powerful de-toxicants, so you may experience loose motions, rashes, coughing spells, frequent urination. You may then conclude these things don't suit you. Better to take one at a time for a week or so, and then add others.sriramakrishnasutras <sriramakrishnasutras wrote: well, i have not been much of an alternative health person - but thenagain i guess i have not been much of an any health person being as ihave been blessed (so far) with never having had anything wrong

with me. but today i felt the need for some GREEN and felt that there wasn'tsufficient greeness/nutrients in the food from the supermarket - so ihave ventured into a health store and bought - Klamath Lake Blue GreenAlgae and Spirulina certified organic Blue Green Algae (i couldn'tdecide between the two and the assistant had no idea at all), Alfalfa,Sea Kelp, Natural Chinese Chlorella, Primrose Oil, Aloe Vera juice.and i already took one of each (excepting the Primrose Oil which isoil nad not in a capsule/pill form) and a spoonful of Aloe Vera juice.I got some protein powder too - as i think i need to build up mystrength a bit. I am a little underweight and not particularly strong- so that will probably do me good.i feel very healthy - already!but if anybody can inform me as to whether the Spirulina Algae isbetter than the Klamath Lake one - or whether i shouldn't be takingthese all at once

anyway. would be most welcome!happy new year to all!elly Send free SMS to your Friends on Mobile from your Messenger. Download Now! http://messenger./download.php

hello prabha krishnan

thank you very much for all the information. that's interesting as i

was thinking of detoxing just the other day too - and now i am perhaps

doing it without realising!

at the moment, i am only taking one pill of each a day (and most all

of the bottles say take three of these a day and some say SIX!) so

perhaps i am limiting the effects in a similar but opposite way. i

feel fine so far. but i think i don't drink enough water to have some

of the effects like loose stools and frequent urination. i think i am

going to " up " my water intake too, if i can just remember to drink!

thanks again!
