You are indeed a rare bird who is worth emulation. Yet, those who are healthy also do some exercises so that they can maintain and improve upon their health. ATBSNR is something that even if a person is 100 years' old, s/he csn still do it while comfortably lying in bed and even if no other exercise might be possible to do for such a person. One for the road: white sugar is one of the white poisons that should be avoided at all costs. May God bless you and may your tribe increase. S. M.
