MISC: Administering RemediesPRINT this out and keep handy with your remedies.Administering RemediesGenerally I suggest you use 30C, unless treating a family member veryelderly and in a very weakened state (then use lower potencies) or iftreating a family member with a lot of pathology (ie cancer - then uselower potencies). Otherwise 30C should be fine for minor acutes and firstaid, but may have to repeat more frequently. Do not treat for chronic orrecurring things on your own or with 30C.Don't always have to treat. Sometimes just allow body to deal with it ifpossible. Find a remedy if symptoms:1. severe, violent2. likely to cause worse problems3. stuck4. very painful5. to help move things along if going too slowlyA. You can give just a dry pillule, but it appears to work better to givein water (aqueous solution) and be able to succuss it between doses - butin a pinch, give as

dry.(for an infant crush if possible or just put in a little water in a cup andlet melt and then give.)B. BEST to give as an aqueous solution - one pillule in water1. Put one pillule or tablet in 6 oz of water (use purified, filteredwater if possible) in a water bottle (or cup if you don't have - usedisposable plastic cup)2. Let dissolve or sit for at least 5 minutes (the remedy coats thepillule which is sucrose or the tablet which is lactose)3. Shake just a little. (if cup, stir with a plastic spoon)4. Take one teaspoon out of water bottle and give to the person. Wait.5. You basically give 1 dose of 1 remedy and wait........a. If improvement, don't give anymoreb. If improvement and then same symptoms come back - give another dose ofsame1. to give another dose, take the water bottle you have and succuss it -this is strong downward thrusts from about 2 feet up - like a judge

If no improvement on one dose, repeat in 20-30 minutes (if using 30C),cando this 3 or 4 times if no improvement after that probably wrong remedyImprovement you may see first is in mental/emotional symptoms, or sleep, orgeneral well being, or thirst or appetite - then the physical

symptomsmay improve later If you are using 6X or something, may have to repeatoftener than a 30 C asthe energy 'gets used up' in a way.6. If you get near the end of the bottle, keep at least one teaspoon inthere and add 6 ozs more of water to keep it going, as you have beenraising the potency each time and don't want to start over. Mostly youwill never get to this point as you will only be repeating 3 or 4 times.don't need to refrigerate unless keeping overnight and usually this willnot be the case.7.
