Guest guest
I get the impression that bending with the wind and bowing to life's stresses allows the heart its own health and no other remedies are necessary - nearly everyone here is either on or recommended to be on Aspirin for heart health - (or prevention of heart or brain blockages) but it is just the medical gramophone record talking and not much common sense as far as I'm concerned - for example I asked a patient to query with her GP the daily dose of Aspirin as she has both nose bleeds and huge black spontaneous bruises - but NO! on NO account should she stop taking it he said - it is vital for her heart. A patient with many many heart aches in her life. Jane
Guest guest
I think one of the best books written for the heart is REVERSING HEART DISEASE by Dean Ornish. Be careful there are other books with a similar name. I have seen many patients who are completely cured of their heart disease and hypertension problems and are on mo medication by following this regimen 100% and they all say they feel much better too. Guest guest
Dear Minakshi, The book 'Reversing Heart Disease' by Dean Ornish costs only Rs 400 or so, I think. You can find out from any book store. The real cost is doing it. How many people are really willing to take responsibility for their own health? The cost of the book is minor compared to a cardiologists appointment, leave alone long term medication. Nandita
