Guest guest
I sometimes tell patients to go out in the garden on a clear night and look at the stars. Light travels at about 2,000 km a second. The nearest star is 4 LIGHT YEARS away. A recent photo from the Hubble telescope showed an event that was about 500 million light years away. In other words the light left that location hundreds of millons of years before the Earth was created. Doing this may help to realise how insignificant are our greatest worries.
