Guest guest
I have asthma and Grave's disease. Most with Grave's disease lose weight. I've gained 50 pounds. It causes your thyroid to be overactive or hyperthyroid. I am also having horrible acid reflux in which the acid comes into the back of my throat and makes me in turn have asthma. Thank you for any help! It's really affecting my life..I have a young daughter to raise and want to be healthy! Thanks! Kim
Guest guest
Kim Have you tried yoga. Do almost any exercise. Cobra and bow are especially good. Do shoulderstand and plough when acid reflux abates. Also a good starter is " Salute to the Sun " (Sun Salutation) which incorporates many different poses. Follow this by meditating. You can find a good book or a class on yoga or even over the net. GB , musicgirl1993 wrote: > > I have asthma and Grave's disease. Most with Grave's disease lose weight. > I've gained 50 pounds.
