Guest guest
I too was lactose intolerant. Then I startedtaking milk diluted by water 50:50 starting with half cup. Now I can take milk without any problem. This is just to share my own experience. But doctors would always like to treat instead of having simple solutions. The world is like that. Best wishes, S. M. Guest guest
Dear Dr. Bhate, Your precription for milk is very good. I shall also try. But tell me, Swami Ramdev is deadly against mixing salt with anything before taking milk, leave alone putting salt in milk. Can you please throw some light on this point? Salt and milk are said to be " viruddha " food items i.e. incompatible. S. M.
