Guest guest
Dear Friends on line, Regarding PMS, many women including young ones, suffer acute and painful periods. Many have tried several remedies and even then they are suffering. A senior nurse at the famous JJ Hospital, Mumbai was suffering too much like that. Her husband, a radiologist at Guru Nanak Hospital at Pune got her to me and just by the way I prescribed ATBSNR exercises (details at www.atbsnr.com do's and don'ts). After a few weeks, she confirmed that her periods were normalized. Hence still better idea would be to suggest ATBSNR together with any treatment you administer to help speed up recovery. I am just sharing this knowledge with you for mutual good and for helping the patients all the more. Of course, those who still want more clear directions, they can ask for a CD that visually depicts the exercises for a better effect. Incidentally, if they continue to do these relaxation exercises just for five minutes or so daily, then they need not suffer from post-delivery aches and pains nor post menopausal problems like mood swings, hot flashes and what not. Those who will practice will remain healthy and happy throughout life without having to fall sick ordinarily enjoying youthfullnes as long as possible. So let us spread this good word to one and all; Amen. S. M.
