Guest guest
Dear Jagannath ji, As per my knowledge is concerned , the concept of relation between chakras and herbs is a sole opinion of David frawly only,I would consider it is fairly a cross breeded misleading concept.Framing this kind of concepts obvioulsy intended to fascinate and attract the western lerners.Infact there is no such description available neither in ayurveda nor in yoga literatures. He might be considering locations(stanaas)of each 5 types of vata, pitta, kapha and attributing main actions of these herbs,Though these herbs do have multi systemic actions.Ex: Yastmadhu(Licorise) bestowed with multisystemic actions. It is rasayana, varnya, kanthya, vrushya, chakshushya, jeevaneeya and tridosha hara. Same way actions of other herbs can be revealed. Validation of this concept pertaining to practical applicability, and clinical significanse is quistionable.Often misleading and confusing. Hense dear learned members, kindly peep up in to this issue and offer your valuable views, I don't think that i went wrong expressing my openion..... Guest guest
To come to a conclusion on this we have to check on how each chakra effects us, the conditions which are caused by chakra blockage and then study the herbs that Dr Frawley suggests. We may as well ask Dr Frawley through his website. Such studies are very important because medicines should have an effect on the energy body to have lasting effect.
