pathology of laws - causes of diseases

Dear Dr. V N Sharma

This should be always a decision of an

individual as to how much bondage he/she can accept as a ‘security’.

Security from terrorist will soon make

our houses much worse than the prisons. Life of prime minister in 7 race course

is not very different than (a 5 star) Tihar jail if

seen purely from a security perspective. Similarly, taking too much security also

from diseases will deprive our lives of any freedom to eat, and live and experiment.

Every individual should have his/her own line drawn between security and

freedom. He/she should have right to disown the governments and its laws or

minimize its obligation to individual.

The view that regulations of governments

should just be guidance is correct. The government in present state of enlightenment

should play a non intrusive role in life of individuals, and be available on

demand. People under the security of laws, regulations and military, can

neither be saved from terror nor diseases, but our freedom will get perished. Government

is RAKCHHAS (in Sanskrit, security agency) and laws (third party justice

administration) and military (legal criminals) are its two arms.

I believe that governments in countries

like India should follow a gentle approach. Government should allow people to

produce and sell products and services of two types viz., first, NOT APPROVED

BY THE GOVERNMENT’ and two APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT. For APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT products,

it is obligation of government to accept all liability of consumer on behalf of

the supplier, and those suppliers are protected by the government against risk

or loss to consumers by them complying with government regulation. Ability of

government in making a regulation will then be a matter of its test of true

knowledge. These will not be just a matter of drama in parliament. Similarly, NOT

APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT is subject to ‘free market’ and anything

of this category is brought at risk of the consumer and the consumer taking

his/her risk can take insurance cover for its loss, cost of treatment and

consequences. Suppliers will be then subjected to force of the market and not act

under fear of the government and if they have to survive and grow, they must be

careful to supply safe products at their own free will. This is a principle

that will sort out individuals’ choice between security and freedom.

We should know that basic question in

our constitution. We live in a country that is also a republic. A country is

‘father’ and nation is ‘father in law’. Anywhere when dealing with aliens, laws

or procedures are invented to have a common understanding. A third party justice prescribes laws/

procedures, and this society of aliens has no choice except operating with

laws. Love is pure and natural and

is without laws, but when this love is treated by a procedure (laws) of

‘marriage’, father in law’ is produced. A father is product

of ‘love’ always natural; and ‘father in law’ is

product of laws (marriage procedures).

When marriage is broken, ‘father in law’ looses identity but

father always remains.

India is a multi national country. Unfortunately,

there is no rule of law but rules of the governments. Existence of governments

is opposite of the purpose of laws.

When there is good laws, governments are not necessary, and a country is

synonymous with a nation. When any one can be government, and people fear with

these third parties, voice of citizens is lost. India is a country where nation is failed.

In the

republic where laws become hostage of government, individuals must be self restraining

and not adventure too much. Regulation of food, medicines with inadequate knowledge

will impair our freedom of inquiry.

My feeling is that our health cannot be subject to

jurisdiction of a Health Review Committee with limited scope. Therefore, I

suggest that you form your own Review Committee consisting of experts from

all types of 'paths', get a report prepared on the subject,

get it debated in this and other groups and finally submit the Report

in the form of Petition Online to the President , PM and floor leaders in

Parliament.

Krishna Gopal ji,

I agree with you in full. This is why I will be writing a detailed

letter to the government that primary health care using holistic

modalities should be taught to every lady in schools and colleges

just as domestic science forms a part of the curriculum in many

womens colleges.

This will not only empower the ladies, who now feel very helpless

when their children suffer from acute problems, but also reduce the

burden on the health system and save the tax payers money too.

I will use your mail as a footnote to that mail if you permit me to.

Regards,

Jagannath.
