Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Inclined beds, mostly of the automated kind, that raise and lower the bed with a motor, are as common as rocks. If they're too expensive, you might be able or willing to buy a used one. There are also all manner of inclined cots which have been designed for this purpose. The best way of dealing with acid reflux is with healthful eating. But, healthful eating, doesn't have much of a chance, particularly as we age, where what we eat, no matter how much pain it cause us, absolutely cannot be avoided.
