Guest guest
Dear Friends I have some personal research experience that I would like to share. a) Posture of sitting changes with changes in pattern of the thoughts. When left leg is resting on the right leg, I feel more intuitive or meditation of self-idealism; and in reverse condition, I am more ‘memory based’ for example, practical or accurate like in the business. b) Sleeping with head in the north, gives current or other anxiety to keep awake or dream quite closer to reality; and head kept in south gives deep sleep and dreams of our true nature or intuitive direction. c) Sitting while facing east and in solitude gives intuition easier compared to facing other directions. If in meetings or non solitude condition, east facing is distractful. It changes the mind to deep thinking if one is always sitting while facing the sun. d) If persons have a guru or IST who is source of thoughts (light) in the mind, the person gets changed even in physical shape and life styles. This might take time to experience the IST but once it is in place, thoughts find an automatic route or a known way, and move effortlessly, and their bodies do not get infected by diseases. This is best way to reduce stress. e) Many of my friends who have only read text (mixed/ non original knowledge) books in their education are very unsure what they read, and their minds are cluttered. And those of us who have not read text books, but read the books or original works of Abraham Lincoln. Gandhi. Eistein, Ishikawa. Sony, Bill Gates, Nash etc.. they get more quickly developed because these methods fix the IST in the mind space easily.
