Respected Dr. Bhate,

 

My 10-year experience, even after heart attack, is

that if one does the 3-minute ATBSNR relaxation before

getting up, one feels fresh-like-a-flower each and

every time with a friendly guarantee that if done

nicely to enjoy the relaxation and not treating it as

an exercise, it helps improve all round health,

physical, mental and spiritual too.
