Getting good sleep as a result of decreased urine frequency during

night, and increase in health as a result of good sleep is logical.

In India, we take pillow under the head, or wash hands and feet

before going to bed so that blood flow to head is reduced. Sound

sleep is the best rejuvinator and generator of bioenergy, as seen in

More bioenergy leads to better health without doubt. However, one

must feel fresh when one is about to get up. Persons suffering from

low blood pressure or circulation problems must be careful with

taking thicker pillow or inclining bed, since chances of stroke

increase in in the early morning according to recent research:

Such people should lower the bed at head position for few minutes,

sleep without pillow for few minutes and get up slowly stage-by-

stage.
