Namaste,This is for born non-vegetarians like me. Best to take a balanced vegetarian food day in and day out. Of course give yourself a treat now and then preferably with fish, lean meat and/or egg. But the compulsive non-vegetarians can also observe some limits. I remember reading somewhere, but do not have the reference to quote, that even the non-vegetarians should limit the intake non-vegetarian food.
