THey also found uses of natural " living " materials such as herbs to correct imbalances in health. Some modern yogis are applying universal laws of thermodynamics to our life style. This theory beautifully explains meditation states, the state when thoughts cool down, our going to " absolute zero temperature " etc. They recommend " Low entropy " diet as the basis for health. Entropy is the measure of energy degradation. IF a fruit was ripening on the tree and if we eat prematurely, entropy is increased.
