I do agree with your conclusion that the wicked are using humanity as lab rats to reach their goal by testing these weapons on mankind. They can achieve two goals, weapons testing and genocide.

As for each one of us having a devil inside... I know my devil could never do this horror. I sense there are some who have no capacity for compassion and take delight in this kind of horror. This massive slaughter and spilling of blood is, imho, not mankind's nature. I sense there are beasts among us, beasts unbelievably wicked and will exploit by any means everything divine.

Either way, Light still overpowers darkness.

Thank you for pointing this out Beth. We may safely conclude that the "small wars" are convinient testing ground for new weapons. The ultimate question is, "Then how is the rest of the world different from Saddam Hussain?".We all have the devil within us.
