You need thedry mustard (may find it in Supermarkets or definately a health foodstore). As you fill the tub (with the hottest water you cantolerate), sprinkle in a quarter cup of dry mustard. When the tub isfull, soak in this bath at least 10 minutes. This remedy is supposed to draw colds and other germs from your body.Another mustard remedy for coughs or sore throat is a mustardplaster. Mix dry mustard in a half a cup of hot boiled water andmake a paste. Place this paste in the center of a small face toweland fold a few times (no more than two-three times). Place thiscloth on your throat and after several minutes, you should feel aburning sensation (this is the drawing effect mustard has). Removeimmediately when the burning becomes to strong. When you remove thecloth, the area will be

red. Cover your throat immediately and don'tlet it get cold. The redness should disappear in a few minutes.Mustard Bath1 tablespoon fine sea salt1 teaspoon mustard powder1 desertspoon borax4 drops eucalyptus oilCombine the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Add the powder to awarm bath, or half amount to a footbath. These remedies are oldies, but goodies :-)JoAnn Guestmrsjo-www.geocities.com/mrsjoguest/Diets "Our ideal is not the spirituality that withdraws from life but the conquest of life by the power of the spirit." -
