Wants HIV Testing for All Residents 14 to 84 > Through rapid test, HIV status can be found out through an oral swab in 20 minutes > James White / 24 June, 2006 DR. LEO REBELLO says that determining the HIV status within 20 minutes through an oral swab (rapid test) is a good idea, but would like to ask the following questions. Who invented this test? When was it invented? How was it tested? How effective is it? What is the name of the company producing it? What is the price? Is it available freely? Is this test too positively programmed like the other HIV tests? Why only 18 to 84? Why not test the dead person too before burying, to prevent AIDS from spreading to others resting there in peace? Dr. Leo Rebello further avers that people testing positive and going in for immediate " treatment " is also a good idea, as long as that treatment does not begin and end with carcinogenic Anti Retroviral Drugs.
