Dear RD: What to talk about Maharasthra Mantralaya we have seen with anguish how even PMO remained insensitive to what they should have done in case of SK Dubey. They all deserve cheapest condemnation from all quarters as they do not even realize that they have little time left to serve and it is only now they can atleast improve their image and be honest to the God and their own Conscience that they seem to have lost for ever. Hence, we met the DyCM's Personal Secretary, Shri Nitin Gadre; the Jt.Secretary (Home), Shri Deshmukh and the Principal Secretary (Home), Shri P.P.Shrivastava (PPS) at Mantralaya. Demanded immediate action (security for Shri Sudhakr Shetty) and PPS said karyavahi hogi meaning he will act. But all he did was, he made some apparent call to the SP Smt.Archana Tyagi and demanded the pending report on this issue and requested us to meet the SP. PPS told us that the SP has to take a decision and she

is to be held responsible for the security. We argued that we have already informed the SP, DGP, CS, Dy.CM and CM vide our letter dated 13th April 2006 but no action has been taken. We kept insisting that he act right away, provide immediate security and let us confirm with Sudhakar that he has received it, but argued for a while and then he got up, asked us to leave his room and left in a huff. Thereafter, we went to meet the DyCM at his residence (Chitrakoot, Malabar Hill area). He had just returned from the funeral. We were told to come later. The status is, no security has been provided by the state so far. It seems the govt. strongly desires that Shri Sudhakar Shetty should become a martyr like Shahid Bhagatsingh & the Thakur brothers should rule the roost. The least you can do is to forward this email to everyone you know.
