Thank you, dear Dr. Venu Gopalji. I am delighted to

know that you have treated so many backache patients

with ATBSNR. It has helped thousands of known patients

and many more who practiced it by reading my articles

in various newspapers, periodicals and on the

Internet. But no one believes it unless one does it

oneself. It is unbelievably simple. Let me share a

secret. Even those who do not have back pain, they

find it very good for enjoying better health without

any need to fall sick in future till the very end. The

better part of this secret is that those who regularly

practice it for a few minutes just to enjoy the

relaxation and the feel good factor, they go into

meditation and taste a bit of what is known as

" self-realization " . But who would believe me anyway?

A very senior ex-military officer Lt. Gen. S. G.

Sahasrabuddhe (whohappens to be the chairman of

Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Complex in Pune) and his

better-half, Mrs Manet have been doing it for 10 years

although they don't suffer from back pain but for the

feel good factor. It obviates the need to go to gyms

or to practice any other regimen, especially when one

is too old or too busy.

I have 20,000 case papers. I can make them available

for further research to revolutionize the thinking on

health matters. I hope, some institution like the

department of health sciences of universities can take

up this work.
