Guest guest
Dear Ms Menon, You can learn every thing about ATBSNR by visiting www.atbsnr.com especially the links on 1) The Technique, 2) Patient Feedback and 3) In The Press. It is very very simple, so simple that it is difficult to believe. You have to move your legs and feet in the prescribed manner without tension, just as a child does while lying in the mother's lap. The exercise where you have to keep the legs about 8 to 10 inches apart and suddenly jerk both the feet towards you without moving the heels, the knees go up. When you strike quickly and softly both the knees and then drop them loose to return to their origina position, both the sciatica nerves are pulled or stretched to their original place without getting pressed. The sciatica pain goes away very soon never to return till you make it a habit of doing it daily. One sciatica patient who was scheduled for surgery at the Military Hospital, Bhopal was cured himself without the surgery, within a week by doing ATBSNR as you will read under patient feedback link. If it be possible for you to see me, I shall explain you in detail the correct method for doing ATBSNR so that you need not suffer in future too. It takes just about one hour to explain all details. Wishing you speedy recovery, Yours sincerely, S. M.
