Dear Friends,

 

Here is a report from Dr. Mrs. Naazneen Saeed Khwaja

of Dubai, UAE who has been practicing holistic

medicine since long and has been curing incurable

cases of gangrene, psoriasis, etc. with herbal

medicine.

 

I had a rare pleasure to invite this accomplished and

highly decorated lady who was present at our free

chronic backache relief camp in Pune on Apr. 16,'06.

 

Two ladies out of a well attended audience who had

been suffering from back pain accompanied with severe

sciatica pain and who had undergone various treatments

including yoga with not much relief were asked to try

the simple ATBSNR technique of yogic exercises for

backache for about five minutes in full view of the

audience so that all could learn. The moment, they

finished and got up to walk, all their pain was gone

and they felt absolutely fit and fresh as never

before. Then why should any one suffer from such aches

and pains when one can self-cure oneself so easily and

why should we not make this beautiful world of ours

back pain-free?

 

Thus it was explained to the audience that if they

could benefit so much with these three to five minutes

of exercises, how much benefit they could derive if

they practiced it often as instinctive movements to

remain pain free and disease-free all their life in

future.

 

Dr. Mrs. Khwaja was herself pleasantly surprised at

the results and told the audience how much the

patients' faces were glowing with happiness, pleasure

and satisfaction.

 

Thereafter. Dr. Mrs. Khawaja herself wanted to learn

the exercises and see their effect herself. We readily

agreed to it on one condition that she would, in turn,

help others in Dubai and Canada (during her visit to

Canada). She has also agreed to file her own report on

what she had seen and felt herself about this rather a

God's gift for pain relief and disease free life for

entire humanity.

 

She herself felt so well by doing the exercises. And

now, I expect her to post her full report soon after

reaching back to Dubai shorly.
