Beware Organic foods slip into mainstream

We saw this differently here in Oz - we felt that the large supermarket chains took on the Health Food and Organic interest to do the little Health Food Shop next door out of business, before they ditched it in favour of non-organic with greater profit margins. To buy health foods and organic produce from Wal-mart because its cheaper is death to the future of organic food and the small stores, as I see it.

 

So beware, or be aware this is the possible reality. And its not personal, its just business. But we need personal.
