Guest guest
Dear ________, Probably I am one of the few in these groups who is not hallucinating. When your hand is in the fire you tend to wake up and fast. I was also as much enamoured of what is called modern medicine as you are. I even studied hard for the entrance test for the medical curriculum but was eliminated due to health reasons. I was devastated as I wanted to be a doctor and help others. My childhood friend and classmate, now Dr S V Subhramanyam MD(Nephrology) of the Appollo Gleneagles group of hospitals, later used my notes which I offered to him and he qualified the next year. I admit I am guilty of shouting on this topic and I do want modern medicine to be replaced with proven holistic methods. Because when a knife has pierced through the heart then it has first to be removed before treatment can be started on the affected organ. Each and every holistic healer knows this only too well. Modern medicine has changed the natural order of disease state symptoms, introduced new unnatural disease states and also genetically altered human beings. This method and holism cannot continue together. All this brouhaha of science is baffling to the holistic healer because cure usually happens naturally in his clinic and without much effort as his methods correct the life energy and the corrected energy does the rest. We have a naturopath in Bhubaneswar, where I live, who is an office peon. He studied books on naturopathy and started practicing. He practiced on his bosses, IAS officers, and they started flocking to him in hoardes as they obtained significant relief from their troubles. The humble gentleman does not take any credit for his cures and says that it is nature that is doing the healing, and he does not want his name to be dragged into the healing process. What a far cry from the "qualified" doctors who fail to lay an egg and yet crackle as if they have laid an asteroid. The concept of the vital force cannot be taught. The healing methods enumerated in ayurveda/homeopathy etc have to be studied and practiced and the results will make you recognise and feel the vital force. Today treating disease has become dangerous because modern medicine has turned everyone into a time bomb waiting to burst. Otherwise even you and me can start curing people if we are willing to learn and sincerely apply that learning. I have sat in a homeopathic clinic and practiced. I soon acquired a reputation and people started asking for me, making me the butt of the good humoured jokes of the other doctors in the charitable clinic. I know what vital force is because I have observed it cure my patients. I left practice as the strain became too much for me. The holistic sciences have been much maligned by the "scientists" who use every dirty trick in their trade to obfuscate the truth. I have tackled full scale doctors in other forums, not cowards like _____, and no one could stand up to my probes. They very well know that they are wrong but will not admit it. I have been campaigning since a long time, if what I am saying was false then today I should have been behind bars. Unfortunately I am right and it is unfortunate that our health system is in ruins today waiting for saviours like the half naked fakir who has taken India by storm. I feel sad that so many well meaninng people are associated with this setup. That is the only thing that holds me back as I do not like harming people. I am always concerned about how these people can be effectively remployed when this entire structure based upon the sands of falsehood comes crumbling down. You may again say that I am hallucinating but you must consider that I have been holding this view since 1983, a time when modern medicine looked invincible. At that time people made fun of me. Today those same people call me up to enquire about what to do when their family members fall sick. Please don't think I feel bad when you people write against my views. I know the necessity of criticism. Every idea, however correct it may be, should have its critics so that when that idea gets corrupted then it can be uprooted. This method has not been adopted in the case of modern medicine where critics have been silenced. Democratic thinking has never been a part of modern medicine. Love & Regards, Jagannath. Guest guest
I certainly would welcome learning what you know about holistics since I am just a poor person who has no insurance and usually can't afford to go to a doctor even if I wanted to. I would welcome any knowledge that could help me with my ailments and those of my friends. Why don't you start your own email list and teach those of us who are willing to learn? There are many people who cant afford to buy books on the subject who would like to know what you know and do. In fact the poor people of the world (who are many) who cant afford doctors are the very ones who need you most and no doubt would be the most willing to learn. I am sure that there are many who would flock to you for this knowledge. I know at least 50 people I could tell about it that would love to learn what you know. I am already forwarding many posts from this list to the people on my own lists. I will be first to sit at your feet and learn what you have to teach us. In this way you could post at your leisure, and still pass on your talents and knowledge for posterity. sharon - Jagannath Chatterjee alternative_medicine_forum ; ; health_and_healing ; medicalconspiracies (AT) googl (DOT) com ; medicalconspiracies ; avian2005 ; connect_ticket ; autism-mercury ; branded_indian ; Ravi Kant Pathak Thursday, February 23, 2006 5:13 AM Holism and Reductionism cannot go hand in hand. Guest guest
I have my own list. I will invite you. This list too is mine. The owner was kind enough to accord me a special place. I am a great admirer of the spirit that drives this list. Regards, Jagannath.
