Guest guest
Dear Ravinderji, I fully agree with you and support your view that the declining quality of students enrolling in medical colleges is a cause for great concern. My campaign also focusses on this. I have also written to the concerned authorities but have received the reply that the current admission procedure is perfectly alright. I am for both free education as well as free healthcare. Otherwise corruption in these two vital sectors will never be controlled. Moreover I also want that non practicing courses in holistic first aid care be imparted free of cost to all who are interested. This will enable people to tackle simple acute cases on their own without becoming a burden on the already overburdened health sector. Only those people should enter the field of healthcare and education whose motive is to serve and lead by example. We should not allow the two of the noblest professions of doctors and teachers to become careers. For this we need an army of strong broad minded individuals which can come out only from a healthy society which I envisage in my "Return to Health by 2010AD" campaign and which can materialise when the body mind complex can be revitalised by holistic health care at all levels. Sick persons cannot be either good doctors or good teachers. Thank you for sharing this idea in the forum. Regards, Jagannath.
