BELGAUM: The District Health and Family Welfare department has asked the

public not to take vaccines from Non Government Organisations (NGOs) giving

vaccines for Hepatitis B illegally.

 

The department which got confirmation about the said vaccine being issued

illegally by a few NGOs in the district, asked people not to get deceived by the

same since it could be harmful and life-threatening.

 

The NGOs have not obtained permission from the government and people themselves

would be held responsible for any problem thereafter, warned the department
