cool gilr thanks jane i suppose so but i also need tons of carbs and cutting out wheat as far as bread might just not help cause i need to p[ut on wieght with this disease see with all the involuntrary movements it is very tough for us to keep on our wiehgt i have to eat about 4 times what i used to eat all the time now just to keep this wiehgt that is my goal to stay here at about 150 i have lost about 160 lbs in the past 2 years and i had no idea that it was due to this disease at tthe time and now i wished i hadnt been so happy to get nice and thin tonia Jane MacRoss <HIGHFIELD wrote: Dear Tonia - how about almonds? Dear Tonia

 

have you tried any alt therapies? What zodiac sign are you? perhaps I could send you some homeopathy? I suppose going without wheat would be difficult if you cannot get alternatives, but here down in Oz they are producing a heap of different breads now its wonderful - like spelt, barley, sprouted breads, and old grains that haven't been used for centuries + millet and rice breads - anything to help eh?

no i really havent tried anything alternative theropies besides tons of differnet vitamin s that i take due to my h d huntingtons disease i mean i take so many differnt things for that it isnt funny that is where i do most of my rescearch on whatto eat and how much of this that and the other thing to eat so that i can keep going is all evrything new going on with this disease new studies new ways to treat this or that. cause i try to take part in every study that i can here in the middleof the midwest it can be hard for me to find anything that is differnt than the norman wheat breads out there heck you cant even find a brad here in this tiny city of ourr s for diabetics who can thave these sugars let alone much else tonia Jane MacRoss
