Guest guest
Dear Tonia have you tried any alt therapies? What zodiac sign are you? perhaps I could send you some homeopathy? I suppose going without wheat would be difficult if you cannot get alternatives, but here down in Oz they are producing a heap of different breads now its wonderful - like spelt, barley, sprouted breads, and old grains that haven't been used for centuries + millet and rice breads - anything to help eh? love Jane - Tonia Saturday, January 14, 2006 4:56 AM Re: Tonia / recipe! cool gilr thanks jane i suppose so but i also need tons of carbs and cutting out wheat as far as bread might just not help cause i need to p[ut on wieght with this disease see with all the involuntrary movements it is very tough for us to keep on our wiehgt i have to eat about 4 times what i used to eat all the time now just to keep this wiehgt that is my goal to stay here at about 150 i have lost about 160 lbs in the past 2 years and i had no idea that it was due to this disease at tthe time and now i wished i hadnt been so happy to get nice and thin tonia Jane MacRoss <HIGHFIELD wrote: Dear Tonia - how about almonds?
