Guest guest
In a food processor put two cups of crystallized gnger and a cup of good quality walnuts and blend until a soft paste forms and then roll into little balls about 3/4" across - a natural and healthy snack - no fillers - minimal fat (I know that the food processor is not an ideal machine to use with your food but it does a good job here!) Guest guest
Dear Tonia Yes it does work well with which ever nuts you prefer - I chose walnuts as I read some of their excellent properties + they are soft and blend well - perhaps if you grind the nuts you chose first it would be easier to do? I just put them all in together...... Let me know how you go! Love Jane - Tonia that is a great one but i gunna have to try it swith some other nuts cause i am allergic to walnuts will that work alright i hope so tonia
