I have also used Valerian EO and it works immediately. A drop or two in

your palms, rub them in a circular motion and then smell or put a drop or

two on some cloth on your pillow or even a drop on your temple if diluted in

carrier oil.

It doesn't take long to go to sleep and you wake up refreshed even after a

nap.
