I will start by saying that no book is without its faults. Many of these may just be personal, for example you dislike the type-face/size, referencing/indexing method or you feel a particular section is under/over emphasised - and the list goes on. Anyway you get the general idea and that said I will answer your question. Yes I have them, and I would consider them both valuable (in different ways) for the therapist and/or _serious_ home user. Renee, I intend to add a 'Best Books' page to my website soon and both these authors books will be featured. I hope you find this input useful .... Guest guest
Sylla, Martin Watts Where were their books published? When? I can't find them in the regular booksellers' sites, or in libraries. So you have the ISBN numbers? TIA Hazel

Guest guest
None of my favorite booksellers seem to have these books. Do you have an ISSBN number for each of them? Thanx Hazel > > > Hi, has anyone read Sylla Shepard-Hangers aromatherapy book? Or Martin > Watts plant aromics? Guest guest
Renee, Hazel, Go to: www.naturesgift.com It's Marge Clark's website.( NPI) Not only does she have Martin and Sylla's books among other books listed but also, if you check her oils the most thorough description of what oils can do , toxology, etc.etc. etc. it's like getting a free book, and I might say a very good and safe one. I have over 12 AT books and consider them all Ok on one level or the other, but not necessarily thorough. I use EO's as medicine and want to have the most accurate, safe knowledge I can find, with all the safety data that's available as we know it and Marge's website provides that beautifully in simple terms, Sylla's book gives you the most in depth research, Martin's work is the most accepted material on safety in the industry. Marge's oils are also of high standard and quality, so is the service. As said before, if you just want to dabble a bit, make some fragrance items etc.soaps, most AT book you pick up might do, you want serious information, nothing surpasses the work Sylla and Martin have done. Expensive, yes but worth every penny if you are seriously into Essential oils. C-M
