Here is a recipe that you might consider.

 

Nerve Damage - Restore

5 parts - Helichrysum

3 parts - Cypress

8 parts - Geranium

2 parts - Juniper

1 part - Peppermint

 

Keep in mind that every cell in your body is fed by the blood stream and

once the oils get into the blood stream, they are carried throughout the

body. Oils stay in the body for 21 days (life of a blood cell)
