Guest guest
Hi my name is Vicki and i am currently a Reiki Student, and a tai Chi student. I have always been interested in Aromatherapy and alternative / complimetary health and have a basic knowledge of the rules of blending compresses etc. I live by the principles of a twelve step programme, and am of a spiritual nature. I currently am suffering from the effects of Endometriosis and am having a self reiki and healing time and spending time looking after my self after a long time in recovery from living in a dysfunctional household as a child. I am on a wheat free, vegan diet, not being able to eat Tomatoes either, trying to manage the symptons of the Endo without to many pain killers! I am looking for any advice on what a) oils i can mix with lavender and tea tree oil to help my endo in a burner. b) as a massage blend C) any info anyone may have on candidiasis for a very good friend (female) Does any one here practice tai chi - Quigong, i have been studying Yang and the chen for some time, but due to my endo am thinking of concetrating more on my breathing, My master is reluctant presently to disrupt the classes for this but i am suffering to much in class to continue with The Chen or Yang at the moment. Any advice / suggestions would be appreciated. Ps I am sorry if loads of spelling mistakes i am also Dyslexic.Dyspraxic!!! Thanks Vick / Thought :>)
Guest guest
Buy or build a parasite zapper using Hulda Clark's schematic in her book " The Cure for All Diseases " and make sure you do a lot of physical opposites. That is, touch your left knee with your right hand, and right knee with left hand etc. Folks who do applied kineseology recommend this when polarity is off. I've read that to be the case with dyslexia. You might consider MSM for pain. Guest guest
Dear Vicki, in UK, I am on this aromatherapy list too as I love the essential oils. I have been studying by myself for well over a year, but I think i still know hardly anything! I love the oils and believe that they really are of great benefit to me (and my family). I read your message and can suggest something for you to look into. I am a Reiki Master /Teacher so i can assure you that the reiki will definately help you in your quest for good health. also I just received my Tai Chi Chuan teaching certificate in the Yang school, here in Tokyo. Within our Tai Chi lessons we also studied a very very good exercise called in chinese 'Ba Duan Chin " . it translates as 'The Eight Pieces of Brocade'. It is older than Tai Chi Chuan and was created for good health and longevity/as oppsoed to a martial art. It was made for regular people to perform. It is a set of 8 simple exercises. Easy to remember and to do but with very profound meaning and therapy for the body and spirit. If the challenge of the Tai Chi is too strenouos for you, at present, you might want to look into 'Ba Duan Chin'. It takes hardly any space to perform, you can do it almost anywhere, (I always do it on the airplane when I travel), and with just simple rythmical breathing you can accomplish relaxation and exercise all parts of the body as well as benefit the internal organs. I can recommend a book for you to read about it, but of course you need someone to teach you. I bought the book through amazon.com, but perhaps you can find it in the UK. The title of the book is 'Eight Simple Qigong Exercises for Health " 'The Eight Pieces of Brocade' by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. He is the founder of YMAA (Yang's Martial Arts Academy) in Boston, Mass. USA This book is published by YMAA. I wish you good health and a lovely long life, with Reiki, Ess. Oils, and Ba Duan Chin. vicki_thought wrote: > Hi my name is Vicki and i am currently a Reiki Student, and a tai Chi > student. Guest guest
I empathize with your problem. It must be very frustrating. One thing I thought about was maybe doing foot reflexology . Finding the area that corresponds to where his problem is,(the big toes are his head, right toe is right side of head, left..is left side) and rubbing essential oils (diluted), there. Maybe a combination of Lavender, Tea Tree & Chamomile. I'm grasping at straws, but it sounds like you are too. claire > HI, my name is maureen and I have a question about > benign tumors. My 10 year > old son has a benighn tumor in his ear. he has had 3 > surguries in 1 year and > it keeps growing back. any sugestions as to what > oils I could use in or > behind his ear?Thankyou for your help. maureen > ===== Check out my on line business Echo Escents Aromatherapy at: www.echoescents.com Your shop for gifts, health, beauty, babies, home and bath!!
