Guest guest
<< I was wondering if anyone can direct me to some research and or information on the use of essential oils in the workplace and the benefits it may have in using it in a doctor's office.>> Thanks Tracy In England they are used extensively in Hospital settings. They use them for killing pain, restlessness, emotional, sleep, and enhance the effects of sedative drugs so lower doses are needed. A couple of hospitals that use them. Churchill Hospital in Oxford, England, St. Stephen's Hospital, London Shimizu in Japan has found these results: Computer and word processors made 54% fewer keying errors when lemon was diffused. 33% with jasmine and 20% with lavender. They diffuse lemon for the employees and lavender for the customers. Antiviral oils for the hospital Oregano, Tea Tree, Niaouli, Red thyme, Cypress Equal parts of Geranium, bergamot, and lavender will alleviate anxiety and depression. (add lavender last) Equal parts of Grapefruit and Lavender will keep the staff on their toes, even-tempered and relaxed. Hopes this helps Lynne
