Hi Lynne,

I've worked with essential oils of different brands for about 8 years. Most

recently I've been working with Young Living Oils. They are therapeutic

grade oils.

There are a few books written about using these oils, and other products

which contain oils available from Abundant Health.

One of the books discusses cleansing. It recommends The Stanley Burroughs

Master Cleanse which uses 1/2 juice fresh organic lemon, mix juice with 8

oz. distilled water, add 1-2 T. grade C maple syrup(most people use B

because C if very hard to find), add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)

Drink as many as 8-10 glasses as required according to your body weight. (f

you weigh 100 lbs drink 1/2 your weight in oz. 50 ounces or 5 glasses.

The book gives much more information about the ingredients and process. It

also says for the deepest cleanse, it is recommended that you cleanse for at

least two to three weeks. Exercise enhances the cleansing action of the

program.

You can do a 24 hr. cleanse. It is easier to start at noon -noon the next

day or diner to dinner. You may experience some unpleasant side affects,

headache, nausea, bloating, or irritability.

Essential oils, which are highly antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral

help dissolve and chelate toxic chemicals in the body. they also promote

digestive function and enhance the intestinal contractions that are the

cornerstone of waste elimination.

For Colon Cleansing Comfortone in suggested which contains, peppermint,

rosemary and tarragon.

Also available is I.C.P. a fiber cleanse containing, fennel, tarragon,

ginger, lemongrass and rosemary.

Colonics-mix 5 drops rosemary, 5 drops basil, 4 drops juniper add to colonic

water and mix well.

The Enzyme Cleanse: Megazyme

Liver Cleanse-JuvaTone or JuvaFlex

Parasite Cleanse-Parafree

Heavy Metal Cleanse-Chelex Tincture

Blood Cleanse-Rehemogen Tincture

Maintenance Cleansing-Combines these products (Comfortone Megazyme, and

I.C.P.)

There's a great deal of information here.
