Hi Hazel

First hint of a cold and I squeeze half a lemon into a glass with a little hot

water, add a teaspoon of honey, 20 drops of echinacea and 1 drop of ravensara

aromatica (or tea tree), stir to mix and drink. Kinda repeats on you, but

works.

I'd also put a couple of drops of ravensara each side of my pillow; you could

put

it in a bath too.

Any of the tree oils help for respiratory ailments; essential oils from leaves

(tea

tree, ravensara, eucalyptus) for upper respiratory tract problems and wood or

gum

oils (cedarwood, sandalwood, benzoin) for lung stuff. Clary sage is also good

for

coughs and sore throats.
