Guest guest
Hi Rosemarie Well the first question I'd ask is, do you eat a lot of dairy foods? Sometimes these bumps on the upper arms are a dairy allergy. But certainly it could have something to do with what you're putting in to your body. I think I'd visit a homeopath (or iridologist). Once you have the condition diagnosed, with possibly some medication or dietary advice, then essential oils can help to get rid of the bumps more quickly (a beauty therapist might also be able to help). I'd say you need astringent oils, your namesake rosemary, hyssop, cypress, cedarwood, juniper, lemon, pathchouli and rose to name a few. I would also suggest that you do not use a body lotion that is made of lanolin or mineral oil such as aqueous cream. These form a barrier on the skin so nothing can get in or, more importantly in your case, out. Stick to vegetable oils or creams made with whipped vegetable oils. Let us know what happens.
