Guest guest
Dear Rose, I adviced a gentleman with a problem that sounds like yours. What I suggested to him was: Steep several bags of camomile tea in a teapot or pan. (the tea bags were cheaper than the EO for him) Run a bath of lukewarm water and pour tea into it. Relax and soak. Get yourself a blue or amber colored 4 oz glass spray bottle. add five drops of lavender EO and fill the rest up with distilled water. Spray a light mist on your body. Guest guest
coming out of lurking...as I know the answer to this one!!!! this is a common reaction to dairy allergies. I have it, my father has it, my sister has it, my son, stepsons, their mother...we all have it. In pregnancy it does seem to get worse, as women think that more dairy is necessary for the calcium. Same follows for breastfeeding. Mine gets worse with an increase in dairy products....the only way to treat it thus far is to cut it out of our diets altogether. Start with the obvious dairy products...cheese, milk, sour cream, ice cream, etc etc and see if the condition gets any better at all. Perhaps getting some allergy testing to find out what parts of the dairy you are allergic to as well. Casien, rennet, lactose, all?? I have yet to find a skin cream, lotion, oil, etc that works, although some say that high vit. A doses will help (although this is a bad idea if you are preg or nursing). Hope that this helps!!!!!
