I've been using Aromatherapy and Essential oils for nearly 4 years. The oils have really helped me to turn my own health around in a few short months. My favorite Essential Oils for stress and emotions are Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincnese and Patchouly. I also enjoy using Gentle Baby, Peace and Calming,(which are some blended oils. We diffuse the oils, wear them as perfume, apply to the bottom of the feet, and on the spine. I also enjoy using them in a bath or shower. Happy Oiling!
