Hi Maggie,

 

Not everyone likes that book because it should

have more cautions, warnings, doesn't have all the e.o.

info...or whatever...BUT I happen to like Valerie

Worwood's work...and have found this one useful

over the years. Recently, I picked up her " The Fragrant

Mind " which is a must-read IMO...and probably has

a lot more safety info than " The Complete Book etc. "

 

For relaxation, I like diffusing oils such as lavender,

Roman Chamomile, sandalwood or ylang ylang...

Stimulating/creative...well...rosemary is what

I'd call an " awake " oil...as in, sharpen the mind.

 

A tiny bit of cassia or cinnaomn and clove eo diffused (careful,

don't get this on your skin) might be helpful

for the creative side of things...
