Guest guest
Hi Maggie, Not everyone likes that book because it should have more cautions, warnings, doesn't have all the e.o. info...or whatever...BUT I happen to like Valerie Worwood's work...and have found this one useful over the years. Recently, I picked up her " The Fragrant Mind " which is a must-read IMO...and probably has a lot more safety info than " The Complete Book etc. " For relaxation, I like diffusing oils such as lavender, Roman Chamomile, sandalwood or ylang ylang... Stimulating/creative...well...rosemary is what I'd call an " awake " oil...as in, sharpen the mind. A tiny bit of cassia or cinnaomn and clove eo diffused (careful, don't get this on your skin) might be helpful for the creative side of things...
