hi, linda--

 

i don't know enough about aromatherapy to suggest any eo's, but were you

aware that cinnamon may improve insulin resistance? and you don't have to

take it in rolls; i make cinnamon tea (just simmer a few sticks in water

--makes the house smell wonderful). i drink it to raise my blood pressure.
