Guest guest
One of the traditional essential oils for suppressing appetite is fennel. The Roman soldiers use to chew on fennel seed when they were on long marches to quell hunger pangs. I have used fennel with some limited success to help me keep those munchies under control. It is not a cure in itself but works well with cutting down on carbs, etc. Ann In a message dated 9/3/00 4:20:20 AM Eastern Daylight Time, writes: << I have a problem with always wanting to nibble. And my problem is that I'm diabetic, my body doesn't digest fat properly, and my cholesterol is coming down via drugs. Dexatrim and that type of drug works fine, but would rather use aroma therapy if something is available. What do some of you use? I love cinnamon (like in rolls, not hot tamales) and have to fight to pass the donut place on the way to work. Thanks for input.
