Guest guest
I agree that the yeast issue needs to be addressed and resolved but in the meantime I have found that eating proteins (cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc) and/or lots of green vegetables really cuts down on the cravings. Believe me I have been a carbohydrate holic most of my life and these two things really work. Guest guest
Yes, I could eat pasta every single day!! When i went on a protein diet, i ate some carbs, but mostly yougart cheese, tuna ect. And i lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. And I was eating a LOT to get all the protein I needed for my 140 lbs frame (about 60 grams a day) Theresa --- Lynne O'Larey <lynne wrote: > I agree that the yeast issue needs to be addressed > and resolved but in the meantime I have found that > eating proteins (cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc) > and/or lots of green vegetables really cuts down on > the cravings.
