Guest guest
I have a problem with always wanting to nibble. And my problem is that I'm diabetic, my body doesn't digest fat properly, and my cholesterol is coming down via drugs. Dexatrim and that type of drug works fine, but would rather use aroma therapy if something is available. What do some of you use? I love cinnamon (like in rolls, not hot tamales) and have to fight to pass the donut place on the way to work. Thanks for input. Guest guest
Not an AT answer.... According to Donald Lepore in his book, The Ultimate Healing System, an inability to digest fats is often due to a lack of sulfur. A digestive enzyme which includes lipase is something I would try as well as supplementing for a while with sulfur laden foods and possibly MSM. But sugar cravings almost always point to an overgrowth of yeast--generally a result of taking prescription drugs and not taking probiotics. Not medical advice, just some generalizations based on my experiences thus far.
