Guest guest
Latin Name Pogostemon patchouli Strong, earthy oil extracted by distillation from the leaves of a shrub. Produced in India, Malaysia, Burma and Paraguay. Insect repellent. Sedative in low doses, and can cause loss of appetite (makes it good for dieting). An aphrodisiac, if both parties like the smell. How else do people use this oil? Moira de Swardt

I forgot to say, I work with clients with learning difficulties, so recognition is a major element in my work. The main thing about Patchouli is that it has the ability to overpower other oils very easily, so use very sparingly and think about the type of oils you would blend with it. take care Karen xxx
