Hi Katie,

There are several herbs that you can take that will help you achieve your goal.

The first and most important is Wild Yam Root. Second in importance but very

effective are: Chaste Tree Berry, Dong Quai Root, Valerian Root, Passionflower,

Hops Flowers, Uva Ursi, Cornsilk, Juniper Berry, and Dandelion Root.

The best is to get the above by Wild Crafting them yourself and then using them

in

a decoction.

Do not buy the above in a pill or capsule form as that route is strewn with

very,

very poor quality herbs. If you need them right away, then get them organic

from

your local health food store.

There is no substitute however, for following a course of natural healing with a

good organic, vegan food program. One woman I know who had been trying to get

pg

for years finally made the grade when she stopped eating all meats. She stopped

eating anything that had a face or came from anything that had a face including

dairy, and got pregnant a month and a half after going on this strict vegan

program.

Is it really any wonder? Look at all the hormones that are being used in the

Beef,

Pork, and Fowl industries nowadays.

Many people think that herbs should be used the same way modern day Medicine

uses

pharmeceuticals. IE: Treat the symptom with an herb.

It just doesn't work that way. Most diseases today are caused by an unhealthy

lifestyle (Alcohol, Pizza, Coffee, White Sugar, White Flour, and cooked, hormone

laden meats). Most diseases can be handled by simply changing a destructive

lifestyle into a healthy one.

Best regards,

Ian Shillington

I also have polycystic ovaries and used aromatherapy.

The oils used were clary sage, geranium & chamomile. I know Valerie Worwood has

a recipe in her book.

However, if this is accepted to say, EOs were not enough to get me pregnant but

helped in my overall healing. I was sucessful under TCM, another natural

medcine. My aromatherapist recommended this course of treatment to me.

Hi. Do youi know what's the TCM diagnosis for this infertility ? It'll make

a lot of difference to chose a way to deal with it.

Take a look on obs/gyn, here in . May be you can find something

there.
