Guest guest
Hi there, Linda in Kansas again. I realize that there are several ways to get aroma - candles, oils, etc. but what do you suggest to use say at my office, not very much room on desk for candle. What about in car? Is there something one could wear as part of a necklace? Does the aroma have to come from certain oils? What about the fragrance deodorizers one can hang in their car? Is there a list somewhere (I'm sure there is) that tells what fragrances are best for what ailments or complaints? I know these are lots of questions, but if this stuff works, I'm all for it. Beats drugs. Thanks. I like the cotton ball and zip lock bag idea. They use sachets for individual use, and do not interfer with other patients who may be sensitive to the aromas. The products are for insomnia, nausea, and depression. They carry them around in their pockets, or pin them on, or put them by their bedside, or in their pillows. I make them special, dispossible. They are very easy to make, by injecting cottonballs with formulas, wrapping them in round coffee filters, tying with a ribbon, and placing in a plastic bag, so they can open and sniff, at their leisure. I have also given lectures to hospipals and nursing homes on aromatherapy. So the word has gotten out. The patients love them, and I think it gives them support with their individual problems. ______________________ ______________________
Guest guest
Hi Linda from Kansas Check out some of the aroma websites as many of them carry some lovely necklaces you can wear that are specifically designed to hold essential oils. I wear one that a local glass blower made. As well look at diiferent types of diffusers as I know you can buy some that are small and you plug into your car. PLus many of the websites carry lists of therapeutic uses for oils as well as important contraindications and there is an amazing selection of excellent books that do this in great detail. Have fun searching. Sandra from B.C. >
