Guest guest
Greetings to you too, Diane, and welcome. Grapefruit is known as a euphoric oil, so it would lift your mood and make you feel happy. Glad the sun came out for you. For sinus problems, you could try lavender, or basil, a couple of drops of each mixed into a table spoonful of vegetable oil (like almond) and massaged into your face. Pay special attention to your forehead and under your cheekbones for sinus relief. You can press quite in these areas. Guest guest
Hello, Theresa & Helen! Thanks for your responses, I will add Rosemary to Grapefruit and try it in the morning and I will try the Lavender and Basil rub for my sinuses! I use two different types of inhalors for my asthma and am interested in allergy/asmtha blends. I do use tea tree and eucalyptus on a tissue when I feel bronchitis coming on and I will say that since I have been using the oils, I have never had a serious bought with bronchitis develop the way I used to. But I was wondering if anyone knew of a lung strengthening inhalation? With gratitude, Diane from NJ
